The Return of Veronaville

(Sort of a direct sequel to these entries from 2011.)

I finally went back to playing Veronaville (pretty sure I hadn't played it since probably late 2011), after I realized I didn't feel like playing Randomville, Riverblossom Hills or Bio-Thingy (the OWBC 'hood) much (for now).
So, a reintroduction to the sims who are currently part of the Veronaville rotation (and a few extras) is in order.

Firstly, there's "House Zero", not technically part of the rotation, inhabited by immortal sims.
Artemesia Legacy (Libra 3/7/3/7/5, Popularity) is a sim who originated in [livejournal.com profile] alifaust/lhop228's legacy. She married (an older version of) my simself in that story, and she did the same in my Veronaville too. Jo Simself Legacy (Cancer 7/3/4/6/5, Knowledge) is one of the many versions of my simself running around in Veronaville, and she and Artemesia were created as a couple in CAS. They ended up having five children together, and their descendants make up many of the sims currently in the rotation.

Apricot Legacy (Taurus 6/8/2/6/3, Knowledge) is another sim from Lisa (lhop228)'s game, where he was married to Electra Random from my ATOR legacy. He was also one of the contestants in Dio's BC in ATOR. In Veronaville, he's married to Laura Ycagel Legacy (Taurus 5/5/4/8/4, Popularity), a generation 4 spare of the undocumented legacy I had going on there (now completed). Apricot and Laura had two daughters together, and also have quite a few descendants among the sims in the actual rotation.

And speaking of that, we go on to...

House One (aka the Legacy-Harker-Vespasiano household)
This house was founded by Artemesia and Jo's two oldest children, along with their respective husbands (both former Académie Le Tour dormies).
At the beginning of this particular rotation, the sims living in the house were Mohini Legacy Harker (on the right, Gemini 3/7/9/7/1, Pleasure), Artemesia and Jo's oldest child and only daughter, her husband Xavier Harker (on the left, Libra 2/8/2/6/7, Romance),

Mohinder Legacy Vespasiano (Taurus 7/8/3/7/5, Knowledge), the twin brother to Mohini (his husband Norberto Vespasiano died of old age the previous rotation),

Claire Vespasiano (left side of picture, Libra 4/8/3/7/5, Family), Mohinder and Norberto's second child, and her wife Etty Snootles Vespasiano (right side of picture, Libra 2/6/2/10/7, Family), a generation 2 sim from my attempt at the Good Genes III contest at Garden of Shadows (see this entry for some family tree references),

their two eldest children, Maguire Vespasiano (left, Sagittarius 2/6/9/10/1, Family) and Raffaello Vespasiano (right, Gemini 4/8/9/7/1, Knowledge),

and their youngest child, Linda Vespasiano (Libra 4/8/2/10/7).

There were a few significant events in this household during this rotation - first Mohini died at 83 sim days of age (she was permaplatinum after having 50 dream dates as an adult),

then Mohinder died the next day, at age 84 (he was also permaplat, having become a Space Pirate during his adult years),

and Xavier died the same day as his brother-in-law, also at 84 days old (also permaplatinum after becoming a Rock God in his youth).

A couple of hours later, just in time for the end of the rotation in this house, Maguire became an adult.

House Two (aka the Harker-Vespasiano household)
The spinoff of House One, founded by Mohini and Xavier's daughter and Mohinder and Norberto's two other children.
Living in this house, we have Minah Harker (Sagittarius 4/1/10/10/10, Romance), the only child of Mohini and Xavier,

her cousin Angela Vespasiano (Gemini 7/8/9/7/1, Romance), Mohinder and Norberto's oldest, and twin to Claire,

Nathan Vespasiano (Sagittarius 4/4/9/7/1, Knowledge), Mohinder and Norberto's youngest, actually only a day younger than his sisters (Norberto gave birth to the twins, while Mohinder gave birth to Nathan),

Minah's children, twins Jonathan Harker (on the left in the picture below, Taurus 5/8/4/10/4, Knowledge) and Nisha Harker (on the right in the picture below, Pisces 8/4/10/3/10, Family), and their younger half-brother Sacha Harker (in the middle in the picture below, Sagittarius 2/3/10/10/10, Popularity), all resulting from ACR's risky woohoo feature (and yes, here we have a familiar face, as this is the same Nisha who became the OWBC founder in another neighbourhood),

and Angela's daughter, Daphne Vespasiano (Sagittarius 4/2/10/10/10), also courtesy of ACR's risky woohoo (the family tree gets sort of tangled here, as Daphne's father Forum is also the full brother of Jonathan & Nisha's father Kosmos, and Claire's wife Etty, seen above, is the mother of those two brothers, since they're all sims from the Good Genes III challenge - it does get very confusing).

There were no birthdays, births, deaths, or other events of note during this rotation in House Two.
Moving on to the next house...

House Three (aka the Legacy-Cantinflas-Johnson household)
This house was founded by Artemesia and Jo's third and fourth children, Micah and Matt Legacy (both now deceased).
Currently living here are: Janus Legacy (on the left side of picture below, Gemini 4/8/10/6/7, Fortune), the second child of Matt with his wife Catarina Cantinflas Legacy (also deceased), and his wife Kea Johnson Legacy (on the right side of picture below, Virgo 9/2/6/3/5, Knowledge), a former BV townie,

their oldest two children Sebastian Legacy (right side of picture, Gemini 4/8/9/6/1, Fortune) and Bethany Legacy (left side of picture, Scorpio 9/3/10/2/3, Romance),

and their youngest, Deanna Legacy (Gemini 4/8/9/6/1), who is a clone of her brother.

One event of note: at the end of this rotation, Janus had his elder birthday.

House Four (aka the Legacy-Samora household)
Spinoff of House Three, founded by Matt and Catarina's daughters and Micah's oldest daughter (he never married, but had two daughters with his fiancé Estêvão Samora, a maid - the girls' last names were changed via SimPE to match his).
Residents of this house: Dana Legacy (Gemini 3/7/9/7/1, Fortune), Matt and Catarina's oldest child,

her cousin Ava Samora (right side of picture, Virgo 10/3/9/5/6, Romance), the older daughter of Micah and Estêvão, and Anouk Legacy (left side of picture, Aries 4/8/7/8/1, Fortune), Matt and Catarina's third child,

Emily Samora (left, Scorpio 7/6/9/5/3, Popularity), Ava's older daughter, and Micelle Legacy (right, Scorpio 10/6/10/3/4, Fortune), Anouk's daughter (both resulting from the ever-popular risky woohoo),

and Olivia Samora (Scorpio 7/3/9/6/1), Ava's younger daughter, Emily's half-sister (yes, also a risky woohoo baby, there are plenty in this neighbourhood).

Again, this was a house with no births, deaths, birthdays, etc. during this rotation.

House Five (aka the Legacy-Samora-Capp household)
This household was originally founded by Artemesia & Jo and Apricot & Laura's only mutual grandchild, the son of the former couple's youngest son and the latter's oldest daughter.
Presenting: Lychee Legacy (Scorpio 7/3/9/6/1, Knowledge), the aforementioned founder of this house, son of Maury and Plum (see below for both),

his cousin Jessica Samora (on the left in the picture below, Libra 1/8/5/1/10, Romance), Micah and Estêvão's younger daughter, and his other cousin (on his mother's side this time, see House Six), and Jessica's sort-of-boyfriend Mango Capp (on the right in the picture below, Taurus 6/7/4/8/3, Romance),

Jessica and Mango's oldest child, Sophia Samora (Pisces 6/7/7/1/10) - oddly enough for this town, she and her sisters are the children of two Romance sims, but were not conceived via risky woohoo,

their second child, Chloe Samora (Gemini 6/7/9/8/1),

and their third and youngest daughter and twin to Chloe, Mia Samora (Taurus 6/8/4/8/3).

There were a few birthdays among the House Five sims during this rotation: Lychee became an elder,

Sophia became a teen (she rolled Romance and randomized as being attracted to male sims),

and Chloe & Mia became children.

House Six (aka the Legacy-Capp-Elfes household)
Founded by Jo and Artemesia's youngest child and Apricot and Laura's younger daughter.
Living here, we have: Maury Legacy (Scorpio 7/3/9/6/1, Popularity), Artemesia and Jo's fifth and youngest child,

Peach Legacy Capp (left side of picture, Taurus 9/5/4/8/3, Knowledge), Apricot and Laura's youngest, and her wife, premade sim Juliette Capp (right side of picture, Cancer 4/7/3/7/4, Family),

their oldest son Jujube Capp (left side of picture, Fortune, Capricorn 9/7/3/8/4), and his wife, former Académie Le Tour professor Prof. Tina Ramos Capp (right side of picture, Aquarius 6/6/2/9/2, genetic personality 4/4/4/7/6, Family),

Arianwen Elfes (Scorpio 7/1/9/6/2, Knowledge), Maury's third and youngest child (she and her brother - see below - are Maury's children by his girlfriend Lliane Elfes, born at her lot and moved here, their last names were later changed via SimPE),

Gooseberry Capp (Taurus 6/8/2/9/2), Jujube and Prof. Tina's older child,

and Hazelnut Capp (Taurus 10/7/3/8/1), Gooseberry's little sister (Jujube gave birth to both of them, with the help of boolprop).

There were two main events at House Six this rotation: Hazelnut became a child,

and Prof. Tina died at the age of 66 sim days (way too young when compared to most of my sims, and she wasn't even platinum, poor thing, she died in the gold).

House Seven (aka the Legacy-Elfes-Latrom household)
This house was founded by Matt and Catarina's youngest child, by Maury's middle child, and by two of the daughters of Maury's ex-wife Plum (see House Eight).
Sims living here at the beginning of the rotation: Grant Legacy (left side of picture, Gemini 3/7/9/7/1, Fortune), Matt and Catarina's fourth and youngest child (a clone of his sister Dana), and his wife Rosemary Latrom Elfes (right side of picture, Gemini 1/8/9/6/1, Family), Plum's oldest daughter by her second husband,

Morvryn Elfes (right side of picture, Gemini 5/7/8/6/2, Family), Maury's son by Lliane, and his wife Roslin Latrom Elfes (left side of picture, Aries 10/10/7/2/3, Family), Plum's third and youngest daughter from her second marriage (and yes, Roslin married her half-brother Lychee's half-brother, but they are not related, so it's not that squicky),

Henry Latrom (Taurus 8/10/3/10/4), Grant and Rosemary's oldest,

James Latrom (Gemini 3/7/9/7/1), Grant and Rosemary's second child,

and Florian Elfes (Scorpio 10/8/8/6/2), Morvryn and Roslin's son.

During this rotation, Florian had his toddler birthday,

Rosemary gave birth to her third child with Grant, a girl named Eleanor Latrom,

and James had his child birthday.

House Eight (aka the Latrom-Cortino household)
Founded by Apricot and Laura's older daughter Plum after she divorced Maury.
At the beginning of the rotation, the sims living here were: Plum Legacy Latrom (on the left in the picture below, Gemini 6/8/9/6/1, Family) and her husband, CAS sim Francis Latrom (on the right in the picture below, Scorpio 10/6/7/0/2, Knowledge),

their second daughter Roisin Latrom Cortino (left of picture, Aries 6/7/7/6/1, Pleasure), twin to Roslin, and her husband Marcelo Cortino (right of picture, Capricorn 4/5/4/9/3, genetic personality 7/4/1/8/5, Fortune), a former paperboy,

and Roisin and Marcelo's son, Seth Cortino (Scorpio 6/5/7/6/1), yet another Veronaville child born due to the magic of risky woohoo.

During this rotation, Seth had his child birthday,

and risky woohoo struck again, meaning Roisin will give birth to her and Marcelo's second child next rotation.

House Nine (aka the Ycagel household)
This little house is not like the others... It's actually the house of the Ycagel family, this neighbourhood's legacy family (see the entry I linked at the beginning), but since the legacy reached generation 10 a long while back, it's now the "post-legacy house" or something like that, I suppose.
Sims living here: generation 9 heiress Lenora Ycagel (on the right in the picture below, Taurus 6/7/6/10/1, Fortune) and her wife, former Académie Le Tour dormie Sara Paiva Ycagel (on the left in the picture below, Virgo 9/2/6/3/5, Knowledge),

their two oldest children, Aruysia Ycagel (left, Cancer 9/2/10/8/6, Fortune) and Lissa Ycagel (right, Aries 10/10/3/2/3, Family), who are part of one set of quads,

their third and fourth children, Martha Ycagel (left, Sagittarius 2/7/10/10/6, Fortune) and Llayn Ycagel (right, Virgo 9/2/6/6/5, Pleasure), who complete said set of quads,

their fifth child, Ater Ycagel (Cancer 9/2/10/8/6), oldest of a second set of quads, a clone of Aruysia,

their sixth child, Nyanni Ycagel (Aries 10/10/3/2/3), quad #2 of the second set, a clone of Lissa,

their seventh child, Mikal Ycagel (Sagittarius 2/7/10/10/6), quad #3 of the second set, a clone of Martha,

and their eighth and youngest child, Finn Ycagel (Virgo 9/2/6/6/5), youngest quad of the second set, a clone of Llayn.

During this rotation, the youngest quads became children,

then Lenora and Sara became elders,

and finally we had the oldest quads become adults at the end of the rotation.

Some notes (concerning the naming schemes):
-children born to the Ycagel family are named after characters of stories I made up when I was younger (this only applies to children born in the main household, not children of spares);
-Mohini's line: she was named after a character in the novel The Rice Mother by Rani Manicka, and the same applies to Minah and Nisha; there isn't a defined scheme for her male descendants yet, as Jonathan is named after the character from Dracula and Sacha is named after one of my cats;
-Mohinder's line (except for Claire's descendants): Mohinder and his brothers were all named after characters from the TV series Heroes, the same applies to Mohinder's children and to Angela's daughter;
-Claire's line: Claire and Etty's children have a "line-of-sight" naming scheme, which was the same I used for the Good Genes III sims (Etty being a part of that family);
-Micah's line: Micah's daughters and granddaughters all have names which are high up in the USA Popular Names list at Behind the Name;
-Matt's line (except for Anouk and Grant's descendants): Matt's children and his grandchildren by Janus have names with "an" in them;
-Anouk's line: science-related terms, even if so far this only includes her daughter Micelle;
-Grant and Rosemary's line: classic English names;
-Maury's line: names from fantasy novels (the exception being Lychee, who like his maternal grandfather, mother and aunt, is named after a fruit);
-Plum's line: there isn't a defined theme yet (this would only include Roisin's children, anyway, since Lychee has no children and Rosemary and Roslin's children fall into other naming schemes mentioned above);
-Peach's line: names of fruits (the exception being Mango's children, who are also Jessica's, and so, part of Micah's line).
