A Virtual Families Heir Poll!

So I recently started playing this game called Virtual Families, which is much like TS1 in a way. The game was created by Last Day of Work, which were the same people that created the Virtual Villagers games, if any of you have ever heard of them.
Anyway, in the family I'm currently playing, there are 6 kids, who will all go to college as soon as they turn 18. Then, after the parents die, I get to choose one of the kids to go back to the house and start a new generation - I'll never be able to play the other 5 again. This is not like the Sims games in that way.
