Livejournal Chapters?

Well, I was wondering about my future chapters, and how switching to Slideshare was not as good as I had expected. True, I don't have to deal with the constant Exchange issues anymore, but I'm not good at making PowerPoint presentations look good, I've never been, and I just can't make my pictures look good there. Which annoys me a great deal, since the original quality of the pictures in game was pretty decent.
So, I am thinking of uploading my chapters as LJ entries from now on (like, for example, fireflower314 does - I think her legacy chapters work quite well that way).
Would you have any problems with reading LJ chapters instead of Slideshare chapters, or would you be OK with it? (The opinion of those who do read my legacy is very important for me - there's no point in switching if everyone is just going to hate the new chapter format.)

Have you tried my method of using Word with Fraps screenshots? I would rather read Slideshare or Google docs, but I'll still read scroll down, just that I find it takes longer for it all to load.

Unfortunately, that one time I did read your thread I was on procrastinating mode...so I don't remember the details. (I know, shame on me. :/) Do you by any chance have the thread up on New Boolprop (or on your LJ)?

I switched from scroll down LJ entries to using Word and uploading to Slideshare because I find it a lot less work. The main things to making it look good is use a screen shot programe with the remove the red line pause hack (MTS) and convert to a PDF before uploading and use the old code to embed it with.

I don't know if you can tell, but the last two chapters I didn't convert my Fraps shots to jpgs, but left them as BMP's. I just reduced the size to 15cm and it still uploaded fine.
