Yeah, I know. Haven't posted in months. But I have been really busy lately because of college stuff.

I just wanted to post something here about my Ycagel legacy, that I think I never mentioned in this journal. Now that I'm on "holidays" and have some more free time (I still have exams on January, though), I have been playing it, and I'm now on generation 7.
I don't exactly remember when did I start this legacy, but it's more recent than the ATOR legacy (that I started on July of 2006). I think I first started it because I was getting bored of the ATOR one.
Well, this legacy is an undocumented legacy I have on Veronaville. It's a regular 10-generation legacy, and it follows the same rules as lhop228's Lesbian Legacy. Which means that only females are eligible for heirship, the heiresses can only marry female sims (even though they can have babies with male sims), and, if the heiress of one generation has kids with an ugly sim, the next heiress must breed with a pretty sim, and so on.
I also added some rules of my own. The first one is that all spares are killed. Yes, I know, sounds harsh. But I just wanted to try it. The second rule I made up is that all the teenage heiresses must date one of the teen simselves I have living in that neighbourhood (believe it or not, I have 5 simselves running around Veronaville. I'll get to that in a while...).

This legacy started with a lovely sim named Hallellujah Ycagel. Those who read my ATOR legacy may be interested in knowing that Hallellujah is the CAS child of Chad Random and a female Jonathan Strange (the guy who dated Bellatrix and fathered Clarice).

She was a Family sim. Since I decided to start the legacy with an ugly sim as the spouse, Hallellujah eventually married a pizza delivery girl with the Carmen Patch face, a Fortune sim named Melissa.

Hallellujah and Melissa had two children via boolprop. The first one was a girl named Katricia. The second one was another girl named Sorticia. (I should now explain that all the children born in this legacy are named after characters of stories I invented as a kid...so many of them have...ah...unusual names.)
Sorticia was the spare, so her fate was sealed.
Katricia, the gen 2 heiress, was a Family sim like her mom Hallellujah.

As it it is stated in the rules I mentioned before, Katricia had to have kids with a pretty sim. The chosen one was a teen cashier with face 1 (who was sent to college to age) named Vânea. I hated the name, so I soon started calling her "Van". Van was a Knowledge sim, and she ended up fulfilling three or more LTWs (I can't remember the exact number).

Katricia and Van had three children. First, Katricia gave birth to a girl named Gabrielle. Then Van had twin boys, Pete and Delfis. As Gaby was cute and I liked her, I decided not to make them try for a second daughter and so Gaby became the gen 3 heiress. And Pete and Delfis died.

Gaby was an awesome sim, probably my favourite in this legacy so far. She was a Romance sim that never married, and had 20 lovers. I was going for 30, but then she got scared to death by a ghost when she was only 56 days old. When I noticed it, it was too late.
But, of course, she did have kids before she died. She had two sets of cheesecake twins. The father of all the kids was Patrício Vu, a townie with the Brandon Lillard face. He's still alive, as he never married into the family.

First Gaby had boy/girl twins, Fenypen and Laura. She got pregnant again and again I made her eat cheesecake to increase my chances of getting another girl. She ended up having two girls, Lillian and Kaiyi.
Fenypen was immediately disqualified for the heirship because he was a male sim. I didn't like Kaiyi much. Not only she was the ugliest of the four kids, but she also had 10 nice points (and, in this legacy, I've grown fond of my mean sims). So I couldn't decide between Laura and Lillian for a while. Laura was definitely the prettiest. The only features she got from her father were the dark skin and the nose. Lillian, on the other hand, looked a lot like Patrício, but had Gaby's mouth. I ended up choosing Lillian as the gen 4 heiress, because she wasn't exactly ugly. She was also the only red head and had 1 nice point.
Fenypen and Kaiyi were eventually killed, but Laura wasn't. I'll talk about her when I make another entry about the other residents of Veronaville.

Lillian was not only a Popularity sim, she was the sim that made me start liking Popularity sims (the same way Gaby was the sim that made me start liking Romance sims), and I'll always remember her for that. She had to marry a pretty sim, and I decided she would marry a custom townie -  a CAS clone of Electra Random from my ATOR legacy.

(For those who don't read my legacy, I'll just quickly say that Electra is a Knowledge sim.)
Electra and Lillian made a great couple. Eventually, they had four children. A boy, Triska, boy/girl twins Jan and Tissei, and, finally, another girl, Viviana. Viviana was uglier and nicer; Tissei was prettier and meaner - so she became the gen 5 heiress.

Tis, a Knowledge sim, is still alive, but is an elder now. She had to marry an ugly sim, and, as I had already married in a custom pretty sim, she married a custom townie as well - Morgana Uglacy, the illegitimate daughter my simself had with the gen 9 heir of Candi's Uglacy.

Morgana was ugly and not the brightest of sims, but I liked her anyway. She was a sweet Family sim that unfortunately died at the age of 56 scared to death by a ghost - just like Gaby. She didn't even get to fulfil her LTW of celebrating her Golden Anniversary, and died mere hours after her first grandchildren were born.
She and Tissei had four daughters. The oldest was Terra, and then they had triplets Angel, Ardana and Nyre. As I couldn't decide between Ardana and Nyre, I ended up making a poll. Nyre won. And the only spare of gen 6 I actually killed was Angel - both Terra and Ardana were scared to death by ghosts. Yes, I have a bit of a ghost problem in this legacy.
So, Nyre, the only blonde in the bunch (I created Morgana in CAS with blonde hair and then I dyed it brown) was the gen 6 heiress.

She's a Romance sim, like her great-grandma Gaby. Unlike her, her LTW is a career one. She hasn't fulfilled it yet, though.
Nyre married a barista with the Meadow Thayer face named Tara Figo.

Tara is a Knowledge sim that would probably cause me a lot of trouble if I had ACR, because she has more bolts with her recently widowed mother-in-law Tissei than with her wife Nyre. I just hope that won't end up being a problem later on.
Nyre and Tara have four kids, two sets of twins. The oldest two are boys, Jael and Cort. The youngest twins are two girls, Lera and Mayi. I have already pretty much decided that Mayi will be the gen 7 heiress. Not only she is the only redhead out of the four kids, but she's also prettier than Lera (who looks too much like Nyre. I want variation).

And that's it about the heiresses and spouses. As for the only spare who survived, Laura from gen 4, and the other important residents of the neighbourhood...well, that's another story. I'll probably make another LJ entry about them in the future.
