New Generations

Exam season ended on the 9th of February for me...the result? Playing both my Ycagel legacy and my ATOR one, and reaching new generations in both. That's right. Gen 8 of Ycagel and gen K of ATOR are here!

The first one to reach a new generation was Ycagel. On Wednesday or so, I didn't feel like playing my ATOR sims, so I went to Veronaville instead. All the generation 7 spares died as required, gen 5 heiress died of old age, gen 6 heiress and spouse got old, and the gen 7 heiress went to college and dropped out. Here is a pic of Mayi Ycagel, my gen 7 heiress, by the way. She's a pretty little thing. :)

The sim I chose to be gen 8's father isn't so pretty, though. He's a headmaster named Tobias Botelho.

Mayi's first pregnancy with Tobias' kid resulted in twins. Twin boys, Ivan and Dean. But the Ycagel legacy is a matriarchy, so, naturally, Mayi had to get pregnant again. Meanwhile, the twin boys grew up and they aren't that good looking, as expected. They are kids now, but I only have their toddler pics uploaded on Photobucket. Ivan is the one with the glitchy custom skin, Dean is the one with skin #1.



Mayi's second pregnancy resulted, thankfully, in twin girls, Kaya and Anna. So I already have a heir and a spare, though I haven't decided which one is which yet. But I'm probably going to make Anna (the grey-eyed twin) the gen 8 heiress. Kaya looks too much like her father. Anna has a big mouth, but most of her features come from Mayi. And she's also meaner than Kaya (she has 1 nice point). The past two heiresses, Nyre and Mayi, are quite nice, and I miss my mean sims.




And that's it about my Ycagel legacy. The ATOR legacy, now, that's another story...

I can't say too much because of spoilers, since in the last chapter I uploaded, 17.4, the oldest gen J kids were still teens, and the youngest one a child. But gen K arrived on Friday, February 13th (wonder if that means something about them...), in the form of boy/girl twins Kennard and Katy Random.
Kennard reminds me SO MUCH of Wilson from House. And you should have seen him with the bushier eyebrows. The resemblance is there for everyone to see. He's even nice like Wilson, having 7 nice points or so. XD

His twin, Katy, is a different story. She looks evil, and she is evil. Yes, another 1 nice point wonder was born in the Random family. Can't wait to see what kind of mischief she'll get up too. Probably she'll terrorize her poor brother.

Unfortunately, I now have a problem at Randomville which I'm still trying to fix - whenever I try to age Isaac into an elder, the game crashes. Lovely, isn't it? I need to age Joey and Nelle into adults and make some plotty things before I can play the main legacy house again. So it will be a while before I play the twins again, or see their unborn sibling be born.
