Interlude-ish Picspam from the OWBC Neighbourhood: The 20 Loves of Oil

Yes, I actually went and fulfilled Oil's LTW after she moved out of the main Harker household. What can I say, sometimes I really like my spares enough to do these things for them (and this is nothing compared to the one time I decided I liked one of my legacy sims, who isn't even technically a spare, enough to give her 10 kids - plus 3 extra ones and 20 grandkids, and have her raise 20 kittens).

So, back to Oil's 20 simultaneous loves LTW. As you might or not remember, she ended up getting 8 of those in the story...

Love #1 was Morella, a CAS sim you might be familiar with by now,

#2 was Académie Le Tour dormie Edwina Woods,

#3 was pizza delivery girl Lauren Reeves,

#4 was ALT cheerleader Mallory Llewellyn,

#5 was burglar Jessica Ebadi,

#6 was ALT dormie Laka Morrison,

#7 was another dormie, Devi Bach,

and #8 was yet another, Nona Lynch.

The other 12 conquests took place in her brand new house.

Love number nine was a cow mascot from ALT, Perdita Bourne.

Number ten was, yes, another dormie, Halle Coolidge.

#11 was mail carrier Dagmar Bertino (and I can't help but be amused by seeing Oil fall in love with a fellow romance sim who also has blonde hair and brown eyes, that does say something about her).

#12 was a cafeteria lady from ALT, April Archer (yet another sim with an alliterative name).

Lucky #13 was a downtownie, Lorelei Green...

...and so was #14, Philippa Hickock.

#15 was one of the matchmakers, Virtue Goodwin.

#16 was another dormie, Peri Kincaid.

And so was #17, Elise Hutchence (yet another blonde, brown-eyed sim...).

#18 was one of this neighbourhood (Bio-Thingy)'s custom elder townies, Megan Idle.

#19 was another custom townie, Serafina Neihardt (who was Yvonne's replacement in the custom townie pool).

And, finally, love number 20 was a downtownie, Mai Cook.

Making Oil happily permaplat. Hopefully, this will make her happy. That, or she'll start bugging me so that I'll give her 10 more lovers.

Here's a bonus pic, which I thought was cool: Oil has butterflies inside her house.

Way to go, Oil! :) Way to go seventeentheye! :) (Do you have a handle that you go by other than that?)

Thanks! I do spoil my sims sometimes, Oil doesn't have much of a reason to complain anymore. ;)

I usually go by Jo online (Jo13 sometimes, to tell me apart from [livejournal.com profile] joandsarah). If you were talking about usernames, I mostly use JoThirteen or SimAddicted13 on sim-related forums/websites/etc. :)

I was wondering about the Jo/Jo13, both of which are easier to type than seventeentheye. :) I usually go by esme, which everyone seems to figure out on their own. :P

Indeed. ;) Maybe I should have used "Jo" as part of my username here and in other places as well, it'd be easier for everyone to figure out.

Well, my real-life name contains neither "Esme" nor "Iolanthe," although it does have some of the same letters. On the other hand, all English vowels except U are in my username, so an overlap of letters is hardly surprising. :P I figure I'll just ask if I can't figure out what someone likes to be called, and they can do the same for me. (I like being called "esme." :) )

At least it's still a name you like being called by, so the general idea still works. :) I could go by my actual name online, but I know by experience everyone would end up spelling it like the English version, with two Ns ("Joanna" instead of "Joana"). So "Jo" makes everything easier. ;)

Well done Jo, I've never completed that LTW in my game, I think the nearest I got was 16, so I am in awe of your skills! :)

Thank you! :) I used to dread this LTW (and the 20 woohoos ones too, but this one's worse) until I got an heiress in an old undocumented legacy of mine that had it as her LTW. She was an awesome sim to play and made me really started liking Romance sims (this was quite a few years ago, before it I was quite "meh" about that aspiration). I managed to get her 20 lovers, and after that it became easier to get sims with the same one to fulfil theirs (I normally only fulfil these numbered LTWs and impossible wants if I'm particularly fond of the sims in question, though).
It was probably easier to have a spare fulfil this LTW and not an heir(ess), even if the only cheat I used at Oil's lot so far was maxmotives.
16 is pretty good, using social glasses and the like, you'd easily get to 20. Did you try to fulfil your sim's LTW at college? It's always a bit tricky to try it there, since with all the dormies, mascots, etc. wandering around, there are many more opportunities to get caught cheating.
