More Good Genes VIII Attempts

Three more attempts since last time and (gasp!) I might be actually be happy enough with the results this time to stop here!
So, about these more recent attempts (some more Maxis sims were introduced to the gene pool this time)...

Attempt 11

Ragnarok was bred with premade Vidcund Curious. Their second child, Concha II, then bred with premade Leod McGreggor, with their youngest child, Zygomatic II, being picked to bring on the last generation. Zygomatic II then produced said generation with premade Circe Salamis (yes, I'm using maiden names for all Maxis sims here, it was the same for Oberon before too), the final result being Sternum II (their middle child). This time, you also get profile pics of the final sims for each attempt.

Attempt 12

This time, I bred Ragnarok with premade Bella Bachelor (yes, the maiden names thing again, and it's the Pleasantview Bella, not the Strangetown one). Their middle child, Capitate II, then mixed his genes with those of BV townie Damion Wade, resulting in Cuneiform II (their youngest). Finally, Cuneiform II was bred to premade Bottom Summerdream, their second child Trapezoid II being the final result for this attempt.

Attempt 13

And final. In which Ragnarok's genes were combined with those of premade Rainelle Neengia. Their youngest child, Xiphoid process II, was then pollinated by premade Pollination Technician #9 Smith, and their youngest child Gladiolus II had her genes mixed with premade Hermia Capp's for the grand finale. This resulted in Symphysis menti (their youngest, definitely a case of Youngest Child Wins in this attempt).
And yes, I couldn't get Symphysis menti to stop smiling long enough to take proper pics of her face and profile view...she has 10 nice points, which pretty much says everything in this case.

Even though I particularly like the combinations of genes Trapezoid II and Symphysis menti got, I'm unsure if I'll use both of them as the 2 entries I'm allowed to post at GoS, or one of them and one of the results I got before. Since the challenge runs until April 14th, I might end up making a poll here so that you can help me choose from my favourites. :)

I like 12. You played this one through a lot!

I sure did (technically 14 attempts, seeing as I had 9A and 9B before). :D It was madness. Sure, the pregnancies were sped up, the kids aged via boolprop, and only the sims in the "heirline" got makeovers, but it still took a while. It was a good way to be entertained while I was sick, though. :)

12/Trapezoid II is a very pretty sim indeed, I think she has a proud and regal look about her. She does favour her mother Bottom a lot, but I can see features of the other side of the family there too - the only minor complaint I could have about her is that she didn't inherit Bottom's elf ears (though none of her siblings did either).

I think I will end up making a poll of sorts in a future entry like I said before. I ended up rejecting half of the 14 sims I got as results. Lunate (5), True rib (6), Ischium II (9B), Coccyx II (10), Sternum II (11), Trapezoid II (12) and Symphysis menti (13) will be in that poll. :)
