Modnar Legacy - Update Number 5

She spent her toddlerhood being taught her three toddler skills and gaining skill points, as is usual in sim toddlers. Aida was a great help with her toddler training - better than Satine's own parents, I might add.
Still during Satine's toddlerhood, Pedro and Jan passed away - and on the same day. That was the first time it happened to me during these four and a half years I've been playing the game. Pedro died platinum at 80 days of age. Poor guy had a bit of a glitchy death, though.

Jan died at 71 days, and in the gold. Her death was much more peaceful - she died alone in the kitchen as soon as Grim sent Pedro to the great beyond. I will miss them a lot, I really will. If it hadn't been for Jan, it would have just been Pedro and L after Artcele's death. And that would have been boring. Gage and Spike wouldn't exist...and I think the family wouldn't be so close. So, goodbye, Pedro and Jan. You'll be missed by me and by your whole family.

The day after Pedro and Jan died, Rachel had her baby. It was another girl. But this one had Romeo's blonde hair and green eyes and Rachel's pale custom skin tone. I named her Ophelia.

Then Aida moved out, dropped out of college and moved in with Juliet and Penélope. She is very pretty in an unusual way. At least that's what I think.

And, by the way, here are Juliet and Penélope. Who are also beautiful sims, especially Penélope.


Going back to the main house, Mello became a teenager, having rolled Knowledge. And I just realized I don't have a picture of him. Oops. I'll see if I remember to add one to the next Modnar update. He looks like a male version of Penélope...just with a different skin tone and hair colour.
The day after that, Satine and Ophelia both had birthdays. They are both adorable, but very, very different in looks, which makes me very happy. :) Variation!


Ophelia's toddlerhood was uneventful. She was taught to talk, walk and use the potty, she gained skill points with the toys, blah blah blah. During these three days, Satine gained LOTS of skill points with the Education bookcase. That girl really is a fast skiller. Too bad that Ophelia, the future Knowledge sim, isn't as fast of a skiller.
Romeo and Rachel tried for baby a couple more times while Ophelia was a toddler, and always without success. Now that she is a child, they don't even try anymore, which makes me think their odds must have reached 0%. I don't care much, honestly. Now Rachel has time to achieve her LTW. 
Also, there were way too many kids last generation, so I'm happy with only Satine and Ophelia this gen. Here is Ophelia as a child, by the way:

Now that both girls are children, I've done polls at both Sims 2 Writers' Guild and boolprop.com. The polls will close on Wednesday, and so far Satine seems to be winning (and I'm pretty sure she'll end up winning). That also pleases me. I also love Ophelia, but Satine is my favourite. And we all know how I act regarding to my favourites *coughElectracough*. ;)
