Last time in the Seventeen WYD, founding mother Sophie met several potential fathers, including Leighton Sekemoto, with whom she had a son, Allen (currently a toddler) and Cycl0n3 Sw0rd, whose child she's currently pregnant with.

Sophie spent most of her time making sure Allen would learn the rest of his toddler skills - I might need to age the kid early to make room for his sibling. I wanted this one to have a crib at least.

Once again, the arrival of a 2nd trimester was quite a relief.

Though Imaginary Friends do have their disadvantages (my sims' always end up being quite annoying), this one was a great help to Allen, distracting him whenever his mother was busy doing something else. Sadly, as I am an idiot, and didn't write down the names of the older kids' IFs, I can't remember his name. So he'll just be remembered as "Allen's Imaginary Friend", I suppose.

Sophie also improved her Charisma skill a little bit. It did end up coming in very handy eventually.

After what seemed like a small eternity in game, it was finally time for her to head over to the hospital to have baby B.

She had a second son, Brandon Seventeen.

Cycl0n3 followed her home after their son's birth, and surprised me by being so nice to little Allen. Not enough for me to let Sophie marry him, though.

With the money from Sophie's maternity leave, the Seventeen family was able to finally afford a chemistry lab station.

It's really fortunate that Sophie happens to have a vampire child around, with his super fast skilling boost, he'll be able to max Logic in no time and make a bunch of Young Again potions for dear old mom. (Or so I hope.)

Allen's Imaginary Friend also had a birthday, and I still can't remember his name.

Sophie better start making some more money soon, as they're already running out of beds. Or else Brandon will have to keep sleeping in his crib after he becomes a child.

Too bad that vampire baby here can't get a job yet. (But he better enjoy his last days of freedom, because he'll be finding one the second he becomes a teenager.)

Meanwhile, seeing that Sophie could use a little help with the baby (and I don't mean babysitters, but free help) and Allen is too young to look after Brandon still...

...I thought a marriage was in order. The repairman she met last chapter, Clark Sauer, is still the best candidate available, so congratulations to him, he gets to become Clark Seventeen.
Sadly, I can't remember how much money did he bring when he moved in, though I remember it wasn't anything impressive (2000-3000 simoleons maybe?).
Also, Clark seems to be a little lacking in traits, as he only has three (and he doesn't have a favourite colour either). I will not change that in any way, though, since it was what the game threw me. He can live with the same number of traits as a child.

Clark did not disappoint me, and started helping with Brandon (who became a toddler around the time of the marriage) right away.

With two adults around now, he might still have a chance. Or not, as things are probably going to get awkward between mom and stepdad soon.

At least Brandon isn't aware of any of that yet. (Look at his adorable happy face, so sweet. :D)

Shortly after his marriage to Sophie, Clark (who recently found a job in the Military career) starts his tradition of going to the gym (trust me, you'll see what I mean as chapters go by).

And, at home, Sophie decides it would be a great idea to invite her boss and friend, Jared Frio, over.

With just the minor setback of having her adult birthday (Allen will really need to get working on those potions now).

But she still manages to learn some interesting things about Jared that night before he has to leave (a third Zodiac sign and career, things are looking up!).

To Sophie's dismay, Clark gets to be the one to drink the first Young Again potion Allen made (he was really close to the elder stage for comfort, after all).

I also snapped out of my lazy mood long enough to give him a makoever. He looks much better with this hairstyle and the facial hair, I think, that hat did nothing for him.

Allen starts complaining about how overworked he is due to having to make all those potions, and has yet another birthday. (Little does he know that things are going to get worse for him very soon, as the family needs more money, despite Sophie and Clark both having jobs at the moment).

To celebrate, Clark causes a fire.

Thankfully, we had the Imaginary Friend around to save the day. (Advantage number 2 of IFs: they are more efficient at putting out fires than the freaking firefighters - who sometimes just go away when they can't reach the fire.)

The next day, while Allen is at school and Clark is once again conveniently away from home, Sophie calls Jared over so that they can get started on baby C.

Once again, Sophie's Lucky trait pays off (probably) and we get a lullaby on the first try.

And, of course, by the time Clark returns, there is nothing suspicious to be found...

...or maybe there is. Clark doesn't seem to notice much of a problem to have his wife's boss parading around in his underwear, though.

However, there are a few suspicious looks shared between him and Allen.

Sophie also reacts pretty badly (after reaching her 2nd trimester) at Clark's attempt to rub her belly. You'd think the guy would have reached some conclusions by now, but no. Sims...

Allen has little time to hear his stepfather's concerns right now, though, the poor boy keeps arriving home exhausted after work.

Thankfully for him, since little brother Brandon is out of diapers now, they get a bunkbed, and everyone now has a place to sleep. Hurray.
