Child Outfit Request

jothirteenOkay, so I posted this at Boolprop and Garden of Shadows already, and decided it couldn't hurt to post it here.
I want to create a specific character sim (Winter from the comic series Fables, which I'm a huge fan of), and I was wondering if any of you who are reading this could either (a) tell me about any child outfit you've seen around that looks enough like the one pictured below or (b) try your hand at creating a TS2 version of it (I have zero skills when it comes to CC creation, sadly, but I remember that's not the case with many of the people who follow my LJ).
