A White Legacy, Chapter 1.1

Yes, I've jumped on the bandwagon and started a Sims 3 legacy. A matriarchy, no less, since I never tried one on TS2 and they seem like fun (I'm sure I'll regretting these words later).
Anyway...

This is my founder, Alba White. Her traits are: Insane, Charismatic, Hopeless Romantic, Neat and Lucky. Her favourite colour is, of course, white, her favourite food is grilled cheese and she enjoys classical music.
In this legacy, I'll be following the rules created by KainTheSlayer. I probably won't be scoring, as there is a very good chance that I'll forget to. :P Also, there will be a naming theme. All children will be have names that mean "white" in other languages or that have "white" in their meaning (I'll take those ones from behindthename.com).

This is her house (so far). I would give you a tour, but quite frankly that's not a thing that I do in my legacies. And I prefer to do that when she has a house that is actually a decent one.

The first people Alba met were Xander Clavell and his mother Bessie. I have already used Xander as a baby daddy in one of my non-legacy families, and his kids have all been cute. So I quickly decided he would get to father Alba's children.

They hit it off right away, while Bessie kept sneezing the whole time. I can only hope that what she has is not contagious, or else my legacy is doomed. :P

And they got to know each other a little better while Gus Hart watched them. Why is there always a creepy guy in legacies?

By the way, Alba discovered what I already knew. Xander is Innapropriate and Hot-Headed. Lovely traits, aren't they? But wait. It gets better. The only good trait he actually has is being a Party Animal.
She soon started considering him a Love Interest, despite his many flaws.

This was also when I found out Alba makes incredibly creepy faces. Well, we already know she's insane, right? No surprises there.

...aaand they went into Alba's house to try for a baby, only a few hours after they met, and with the relationship bar only half full. This was stupidly easy. So here's some advice: if you're starting a matriarchy and want babies ASAP, use Xander. You won't regret it.

"Yesss...a lullaby. I'm going to have a baby with my beloved Xander."
And this is where Alba's freaky obsession with Xander starts. At this point, he was still oblivious to it...

Xander quickly fell asleep in Alba's bed, not suspecting a thing. She wasn't tired, however, and went to eat.
Random fact: isn't it funny how Insane sims wear any outfit at any time? Here she is preparing a meal while wearing her bikini. This never fails to amuse me.

The nausea and the vomiting started soon after I took this picture. She got nauseous and threw up so many times that it started to get annoying.

"I don't feel so good...that means that my baby with Xander is on the way! Our baby..."
I told you she was creepy. Why are you wearing a wedding dress, by the way, Alba?

"Oh, this? I don't want Xander to forget he is mine forever now..."
Uh...you know you can't marry him, right? You're in a matriarchy.
"BUT HE'S STILL MINE." *hiss* "No one will steal him from me!"
See? Completely obsessed. Poor guy.

The next morning...
"Xander, where are you going?"
"I...have a job, Alba. I thought you knew that."
"Oh. OK. But you'll be back later, right?"
"...right..."

And the nausea continues. I seriously can't wait until she pops so that this will stop.

Then Alba proceeded to go inside and argue with the bookcase. I know she's talking to herself, but that's what it seemed.
"No, bookcase, you are wrong! Very, very wrong! Xander loves me, and he will come back, and he will love us and our baby, and we'll all be a big happy family!"
If Xander was smart, he would have left the town by now.

After going outside, seemingly more calm, Alba met Gus Hart, that had been creepily watching her and Xander the day before. I think they'll get along well.

Or so I thought. She also made him run away, which isn't surprising considering the faces she makes.

Later that day, Alba found out she was pregnant...
"With Xander's baby! I have to tell him!"
Alba, no. He's at work. And you have more interesting things to do...

...like reading a pregnancy book...

...and...trying to look innocent? OK, then, you're getting too creepy. And you don't fool anyone.

Meanwhile, guess who appeared on the street. Yes, Xander.
"OMG, Xander waaaait! I need to talk to youuuu!"

"Hey Alba, what's up?"
"Guess what, I'm pregnant! We're going to have a baby!"
"Oh...that's...great, I guess?"

"Silly Xander, of course it's great! It's our baby, after all! Now let's go to my house, you promised you'd drop by as soon as you came back from work!"
"OK...sure..."
Poor, poor Xander.

"Wow...this is so...unexpected. I'm going to be a father."
"We're going to be parents! And I expect you to come here every day to help with the baby."
"..."

After Xander ran away...I mean, left, Alba got a craving for watermelons. After all, this is a matriarchy, gotta have at least one girl!

She makes such funny faces while getting Charisma points, doesn't she?

The next day...
Hey, Alba, where are you going?
"Xander's house! I want to pay him a visit!"
It's 7 AM...
"Oh, I'm sure he'll be awake." *giggle*
This won't end well.

But...what is this? Xander has a secret son? LE GASP!

"He...already has a baby. That isn't mine. This means he won't care about our baby..." *sniff*
Oh, dear...

*pant* "Alba, wait! Let me explain you everything!"
"What is there to explain? You have a son! And you didn't tell me anything! Have you cheated on me?!"
"No, of course not! Yes, I have a son, his name is Édipo...but he was abandoned at my door. I guess one of my ex-girlfriends gave birth to him. Me and my parents are raising him now. But I swear I never cheated on you!"
"Hmm...I guess I forgive you, then."

And that she did. I swear that if she didn't keep rolling woohoo wants for him, Xander'd be in big trouble by now.

Of course that things almost ended badly when she found out he has Commitment Issues. Not a good trait to have if you're dating crazy Alba here.

But she forgived her beloved Xander as always...

Only to go into labour after another woohoo. Just great.

She did the right thing for once and went to the hospital to have the baby. Meanwhile, Xander stayed there freaking out. But after a while, he wisely decided to go to the hospital as well.

There were a bunch of people near the hospital door. Interestingly, the only one freaking out was the one who was a doctor. Sims...

Alba eventually gave birth to a girl which I named Gauri. I chose as her traits Insane and Genius. She is going to be fun, I can tell.

As soon as they got back to Alba's house, Alba and Xander lost no time and conceived baby #2. 

This is where I shall leave you. Join me next time to see how will Gauri and her unborn sibling be like (as crazy as their mother? I hope not), and if Alba will continue her obsession with Xander. Until then, happy simming to all. :)

Wonderful chapter Jo! Abla looks like a funny founder, and I also like the interesting color scheme naming theme! :] I love how she's obsessed with Xander lol. It'd be even funnier if she made friends with the other CAS Sim a couple streets down that happens to be named Electra Random. I think they'd get along well! ;] I can't wait for your next update!

Thanks, Lily! Alba is a lot of fun indeed. :) I like my naming theme so far, let's just see if I do't run out of names before the end of the legacy! There aren't that many "white" names out there, after all!
Did you know that this is the same Xander that fathered Electra's kids in TS3 and is now her ex? Too bad that happened in a different saved game, and therefore a different neighbourhood. Or else Alba and Electra would have gotten along famously.
