A White Legacy, Chapter 1.3

Last chapter, both of Alba's daughters, Gauri and Bianca, became children. Gauri's favourite colour is black...which makes her the rebel of the family and, quite frankly, someone you don't want to mess with. Bianca loves white just like her mother. She's apparently the perfect daughter, but all signs point to her being as insane as her mother and sister. The founder, Alba, also got a job on the Criminal career track at the end of the chapter.
By the way, Gauri got the Kleptomaniac trait on her child birthday, while Bianca got the Easily Impressed one. I think I forgot to mention that.
And now...on with the show.

"I got promoted! Can you believe it? On my first day! I saved my boss, and now she's my friend. This means that I'm on the same career level as Xander now!" *squeals* "We're coworkers!"
Now I wonder what happened to her boss in the first place to make her need to be saved...hmm...

Back at the White household...
"I can't believe this...they go away and leave me alone at home to do all the work. But I won't break under the pressure, I won't. After all, I am perfect." *nervous giggle*

Somehow I doubt that, Bianca.
"No, I swear, I'm not crazy! I'm different from my mother and from Gauri! I take after my father's side of the family! I'm perfectly normal!"
Hmm, we'll see about that.

Yep, not crazy my foot. Talking to herself, just like her mother and sister.
"No, no, I must remain calm. I am perfection. Mom will choose me to be the heiress, I know she will. Take a deep breath, Bianca. And go clean something, yes, that always helps you calm down."

While Bianca was proving that in fact she is related to Alba and Gauri, Alba went to the gym. After all, she needed to exercise...it would help her get promoted.
"And it will also help Xander to notice me more!"
Whatever you want to believe, Alba.

"I don't care if you want to be my friend. We don't share the same music tastes. Therefore, we can never be friends."
"But..."
"Shut up, Bianca."
"OK, that's it! You've started a heirship war!"
"That I'm going to win, of course. I am the genius of the family. It couldn't be any other way."

Gauri, don't you think you were a little harsh? You should apologize to Bianca. Heirship wars aren't good at all.
"I won't apologize, because I am just mean like that. Besides, I know I will get the heirship. Now, if you excuse me, I have important matters to attend to. I'm going to pay a visit to my dear Clavell relatives."

"...so that's why you should never date a crazy woman, son. The calm never comes after the storm. You'll never get rid of the storm, actually."
"Dad, your conversations are so boring..."
"Hello, family, I have arrived."

"Édipo, your half-sister Gauri has come to visit us. Be nice to her...she's crazy, you never know what she could do."
"Don't worry, dad, I'm Evil myself. I know how to deal with crazies. Though she does seem a little creepy..."
*sigh* "Having crazy women in my life is my curse, I can feel it."

"So, Grandma, want to play chess after I finish eating? I heard it's a great family game."
"Gauri...why are you being so nice? You're not yourself today."
"Oh, no reason. No reason at all..."

And so Bessie and Gauri sat at the chess table for a few hours, enjoying their game. But we'll get back to them in a while...

Bianca, what the hell are you doing?
"Oh, don't listen to that voice. She's crazy, Bianca, she'll only tell you lies, lies I tell you!"
This isn't good.

"No, I swear, I am perfect! I'm going to beat Gauri and win the heirship, you'll see! Hahahaha!"
She's totally lost it, poor thing.

At the Clavell house, meanwhile, a sad event had ocurred.
"Grandma?"
"Bessie Clavell's time is up, child. I have come to collect her soul."

"Nooo...we were on the middle of a chess match! Wait just a few more minutes, pretty please?"
"You are an odd one, child. But I'm afraid this cannot wait."
"Oh, OK then."

"Hey, Mr. Grim Reaper, electronic music is the best, right? It's my favourite."
"What a coincidence, child. It's my favourite too."
"I sense we're going to be good friends."
O...kay... Gauri is definitely a weird kid. Didn't even cry when Bessie died (unlike Xander and Édipo, who were bawling their eyes out) and now she's talking to the Grim Reaper. She gives me the creeps, seriously.

"Daddy, you like classical music, don't you? We'll be best friends forever, won't we?"
"Uhh...kid, leave me alone. I came to see your mother."

Yeah, to fulfil that "woohoo with Xander" want that has been on Alba's want panel for aaages. But this isn't Alba's lucky day.
"How dare you suggest that we woohoo? I'm still mourning the loss of my mother! Geez, Alba, you're so innapropriate!"
Says Mr. Innapropriate himself... Poor Alba.

"Dad, have you gotten promoted yet? Mom did on the other day and she said-"
"I told you to leave me ALONE!"
"But..."
"Just leave, Bianca. I've had a rough couple of days."

Despite his bitterness, Xander did spend the night. Which pleased Alba.

The next day, Gauri became a teen, gaining a new trait. The talk with the Grim Reaper, as well as the heirship war, brought out the Evil on her. Now she's even scarier, great.

She soon started making phone calls at random times of the day, talking about world domination and...the Grim Reaper. I think this one will also have an obsession...

Bianca tried to befriend her also Evil half-brother Édipo (she needed it for an Opportunity). But no such luck. Which made her more and more infuriated under that peaceful and perfect exterior.

Alba continued working on her body skills, trying to get promoted...without luck as well.

But she finally got that woohoo with Xander she had been wanting, which was not half bad.

Some things never change.

"They'll see...they'll all see. My sister will pay, and so will my brother."
Don't tell me you're also going to become Evil, Bianca. That would be terribly unoriginal.
"Of course not! I have other plans."

"Well, gotta go. Bianca's growing up. The real competition starts today...yes, I know. Bye!"

And Bianca did grow up into a teen, so now it's time for a heir poll. Who will be the gen 2 heiress of A White Legacy?
Will it be Gauri, the firstborn? The rebel of the family, an Evil and Insane Genius who's also a Kleptomaniac? Her favourite colour is black, as you know, her favourite food is fruit cake and she loves electronic music. Plus, we know she's up to something related to the Grim Reaper.

Or will it be Bianca, the secondborn? Insane, Easily Impressed, eerily Friendly, and Neurotic, those are just some of the words that describe her. Ignored by all, will she finally crack under the pressure and become completely insane? For those who want to know, yes, her favourite colour is white, her favourite food is hot dogs and her favourite kind of music is classical.

Lol, your sims are so funny! I tihnk they all inherited Alba's creepy faces or something, but Alba remains unsurpassed. Her labour-face(previous chapter) has to be the funniest! XD And Gauri actually TALKED to the Reaper? Gawd, I never thought that would be possible, that was so cool! And Xander's such a poor thing, called over only to fulfill Alba's wants. Like a gigolo or something, except that he doesn't even receive money. XD

Thanks Ning! :) I think you are right, actually. Gauri makes some pretty creepy faces herself, but nothing that can be compared to Alba. The creepy must have been diluted by Xander's genes or something. XD
As soon as I saw that there was an option to talk to Grim, I knew that Gauri had to do it. It's so her to do something like that.
Lol, "like a gigolo or something". XD I guess that's what happens with all sperm donors in matriarchies. Poor guys... At least Xander has his other girlfriends (Yes, when you load Sunset Valley for the 1st time he comes with 2 romantic interests - not sure who they are now though. I think one of them is Mrs. Crumplebottom.).
